William Turner was an English romanticist painter who is credited with being a precursor to the French Impressionist movement. His broadly applied atmospheric washes of paint earned him the title of 'the painter of light'. Inspired by spectacular sunsets in 1816 England. Each of the Turner Scapes is off set in a double thick oversize, bottom weighted matte with a fine mottled silver frame.
