All items are in stock and ready to ship unless a backorder date is indicated. All in stock items ship within 2-3 weeks. All backordered items can be purchased in order to reserve the product and avoid further delays. Although these estimated dates are usually accurate, they are subject to change due to global supply chain challenges. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for shipping and processing once your item is back in stock.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
If you would like to initiate a return, please obtain a return authorization number from firstname.lastname@example.org. Once obtained, pack and return items in original condition, include the provided RMA form, and send to the address provided by our Customer Care Team. If a return is authorized, our customers are responsible for return shipping and returning the item in adequate packaging. We are not liable for damaged items due to inadequate packaging by you. Returns sent in that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. Please allow 3-5 business days, from the date of receipt, to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund.
Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less the original shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account.

Returned within 30 days from the time of delivery
Customer is responsible for return shipping

If it is not packaged properly the item could be damaged in transit in which case the return would be invalid

Our suppliers are hand-picked for their high standards in quality and design, however, manufacturer defects or damages to product while in transit are rare but can happen. If your item arrived damaged, please contact our email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will reply within 24 hours to assess the damages. Please include in the email: your name, order #, item damaged and what the damage is. If you chose white glove delivery, you must inspect the item upon delivery and note any damages and sign the Proof of Delivery before the driver leaves. If you note a damage after they have left, the damage cannot be claimed.
