During these unprecedented times, shipping across all industries has been impacted, causing many unforeseen delays. We carry product from multiple suppliers across Canada and the US, therefor orders with multiple items may have different lead times as well as separate tracking numbers and shipping fees per item.
Most items offer the option between Standard Delivery and White Glove Delivery, with some large or fragile items only being offered with white glove delivery and smaller decor items only via courrier.
Standard Delivery
Items will be delivered to your doorstep. In most cases you will have the option to select Standard Delivery with Signature at checkout. Please be sure to measure your doorways prior to making your purchase to ensure the items will fit.
White Glove Delivery
This is the highest standard in delivery. Once the item is ready for delivery, the service provider will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. They will then call you 30 minutes prior to the scheduled delivery appointment. They will bring the items directly into the designated area in your house, unwrap and install the items and remove all packaging debris. They do not hang or install art or lighting. During the winter, snow in the driveway or entryway must be cleared by you prior to your delivery appointment. Your entryway and pathway to the designated area in your home must be cleared as well. They will not move any other furniture out of the way. Please be sure to measure your doorways prior to making your purchase to ensure the items will fit. Inspection must be made on the spot by the customer for any product damages or defects to be acknowledged before the delivery team leaves. Once the Proof of Delivery is signed, any damages found afterwards cannot be claimed.
If you are ordering to a beautiful remote location, additional charges may apply - after the order is placed we will provide you with a quote.
Once an order is placed, you have 24 hours to cancel. After which, the Returns Policy will take affect.
