Mijiu, a Chinese rice wine that has been made for thousands of years, was originally stored in mijiu jars made of terracotta. Over time, mijiu jars, became common across the Chinese countryside as storage jars for a variety of goods, and remained hugely important to their culture through generations. This Clay Mijiu Jar therefore has a rich history. Each jar is sourced from Chinese provinces and is uniquely handcrafted and age-worn, with different markings etched in. In natural earth tones and an eye-catching tapered shape, a single or pair of mijiu jars can completely transform the look of your room.
